Sounds like leafs for me?
Just use virtualtree. Any model item without children property will be known as
leaf.
Is that what you want to?

What i am thinking is :
Tree will hold list of parent ids and names.
On expension on each parent there will be table of its childrens.

It should be possible to delegate any widget to the virtual widgets. I guess
you can easily extend tree branches or even leaf widgets. So it's should be
possible to implement a complete Table into a leaf. May be row height could be
a problem but virtual is able to handle different heights.
