Using the include/exclude definitions from the source-all job for 
source-hybrid should do the trick:

     "source-hybrid" :
     {
       "include" :
       [
         "${APPLICATION}.*",
         "qx.*"
       ],
       "exclude" :
       [
         "qx.test.*",
         "${APPLICATION}.test.*",
         "${APPLICATION}.simulation.*"
       ]
     }
