You probably got that message because you generated one version of the 
tests but opened the other, i.e. you ran generate.py test-source and 
then opened test/index.html, or you ran generate.py test and opened 
test/index-source.html.

That scenario is actually way more likely than the one described in the 
message. I'll look into improving the message text.
