The .py file extension might not be properly linked to your Python
interpreter, and you might want to check the file associations on your
machine. A fail-safe way to run the program is to invoke the interpreter
directly, e.g. with
python C:\qooxdoo-2.0.1-sdk\tool\bin\create-application.py
--name=custom
