The file:// protocol is not the issue here. But you have to distinguish
between the 'source' and the 'build' version of your app. You probably
move your source version. Run 'generate.py build' and zip up the resulting
'build' folder. This one is self contained, and can be deployed to
arbitrary locations. It should run under a web server as well as when
loading with the file:// protocol.
