sorry my last post seems to causes misunderstanding.

On iOS / Safari I opened my Web- App and usrd a tool menu item "Add to Home
Screen".
Afterwards there is a desktop icon referring the Web- App.
You can click on it opening the Web- App in full screen mode.
- It's NOT an app made with PhoneGap -

Now there is the diferent behaviour.

Using the Safari browser :
If you change into any different application and turn back to the web
browser app the content is not changed - like expected. 

Opening the Web- App using the referring icon on the desktop:
If you change into any different application and turn back to the full
screen  Web App, it starts again running through the main function of the
Application.js including it's initialisation- not expected ! 

I've opened a bug for this odd behavior.
