Not quite on topic, but IMO related: it would also be nice if ./generate.py build would generate a script with at least some newlines kept - lines too long are not properly handled by Opera's built-in debugger (Dragonfly), which is otherwise an extremely nice debugging tool.
OTOH, sourcemaps ... Idunno. I won't have to implement it, so I don't mind the effort, but I don't know if the effort is worth the benefits.
