Have a look at the Conditional cell renderer, which probably does what
you're looking for.
In general, your cell renderer can look at cellInfo.rowData for the array
of data for the current row. It can also obtain the Table object with
cellInfo.table, and can then get the entire data model, if you're trying to
color your cell based on the value from some other row.
