that issue sounds pretty familiar to me. But we thought we had fixed it for the
2.0.2 release [1]. Currently, we don't have these issues so we would be glad if
you could provide us with some sample / instructions how to reproduce the whole
thing?

After clearing the browser cache, the page refresh starts the app normally.
If I refresh the page without clearing the browser cache, it doesn't start.
I made a build of the app, and it seems to work better.
At least I don't have a blank page when I refresh.
