No, I'm not using anything out of the ordinary. I think Thomas was right: the 
warning is thrown whenever the Opacity class is used, regardless of whether the 
constant is being accessed or not.

I've found the relevant code here: 
https://github.com/qooxdoo/qooxdoo/blob/release_2_1/framework/source/class/qx/bom/element/Opacity.js#L258

And I need to relativize my use of the word "repeatedly": I'm only getting 
multiple warnings when using the testrunner, which most likely stems from the 
fact that the iframe for the test cases is being reloaded. When running my app 
normally, I'm only getting the warning once. I can very well live with this if 
I know I'm not to blame.
