What do you mean with "deployment changes"? Maybe you mean development
changes?!
The usual distribution of changes in the qooxdoo repository is [1]:
- enhancements are only applied to the development branch (master)
- bug fixes are applied to both the development and maintenance branch
(e.g. master and branch_2_1_x)
That means the master branch should contain all changes of the current
development cycle.
