Yes you can deactive the handling, by overriding the method
"_getScrollContainer()" in your NavigationPage.

This deactivates the iScroll and the scrolling. But you have to everything on
your own with qx.Mobile's ….embed.html
What do you mean? All this method do is returns HTML string.
