I guess I'm confused. My implementation extended qx.ui.mobile.form.TextField. So the only listeners I have added are "tap" on the TextField -- which shows the private picker that was created in the constructor; and "confirmSelection" on the private picker which sets the Value of the TextField from e.getData()[0]. Since I don't hide the picker, I'm not sure which button you are referring to.
