With your explanation I now understand my mistake, I set it to false and it
works now much better.

"Shadowing job.." is maybe not the best wording to describe the functionality.
I fully understand what is done thru shadowing, but for me it sounds more like
a complete replacement in contrast to what really happens,
merge-shadowing/partial shadowing... it is difficult to find a single word
thats describes this... But thats not so important...
