Hi,
We are facing a problem with IE8 and lower in situations where we have many
nested divs (70+). In some cases, the most nested components are wrongly
invisible, in some cases they are correctly visible. We compared the dynamic
page source of the correct and incorrect situation and this shows no
differences. It turns out that in cases the components are not visible, the
offsetWidth (as calculated by the browser) equals 0, which makes the controls
be skipped by "qx.event.handler.Appear:Refresh()". This gives me more
confidence that we are really facing a browser issue here, which cannot be
solved in Qooxdoo code. Anybody who can agree on this or who has a solution? We
are using Qooxdoo version 1.4.1.
