Hi Fru The explorer demo app was woefully out of date - I've just committed an update that fixes it and shows how to use the new FileApi; it's also updated to use the UploadMgr widget. Please be sure to use the new GitHub repo at https://github.com/johnspackman/qx-serverobjects
