Hi Marginal, it sounds hopeful, that there is the possibility to run "script code inside of embed.html code". Do you have an example code, best portable to examine in the qooxdoo playground ?
The cause of all is the need to use a foreign js libraries / "jQuery plugin" inside of qooxdoo. You told, that you used jQuery.load method. How did you bind it in ?
