I understand, either I use automatic checking and need to take it as it is,
or I go static/local and can change.

The bugs I found are in the third party jqplot stuff and there is already a
fixed version that is currently not part of the contrib. I will notify the
administrator of the contrib, he would 'only' need to include the current 
jqplot version ...
