Hi all, I am working currently on an app (based on QooxDoo) I would like to offer with various options. The system will briefly said be devided into a backend part using php with mongodb currently and a frontend in qooxdoo. I would to give users also the option to use the system "locally", so I would need a way to package the fullstack. So basically I would need something like a "PHP-WebServer-MongoDB-WebBrowser" running on Linux/Mac/Windows. Just found tideSDK (with is the Titanium Desktop Fork). And I think also PhoneGap seem to work on a seamless solution.
I am just looking for best practises or ideas how to accomplish the task. Anyway none of the frameworks or tool-sets are completly set besides QooxDoo and anykind of document-nosql datastore. In fact a way might be also to just "embbed" a nosql db with a webbrowser (e.g. Chromium) and then route the DB-methods to javascript. best Carsten ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CenturyLink Cloud: The Leader in Enterprise Cloud Services.
