building the app?

I need, in a mobile app, make a picker for date, but i need in Spanish. I
found the tool/data/cdlr, but the es_ES.xml file is full empty. I write a
first file with de month's name, but when i build the playground app for
test, don't work ¿?
if i put:
console.log( qx.locale.Date.getMonthNames( 'wide', 'de_AT'));
is ok,
__eW:"Oktober"
But, if i put:
console.log( qx.locale.Date.getMonthNames( 'wide', 'es_ES'));
--> __eW:"October"
