I can't understand, now I see that there are some arguments for create-application.py and I will try, but the problem is that Flask require a default folder for templates and for static files and the calc of relative paths are different form qooxdoo and flask so the files are not found.
I think that even Django or other Python servers have the same problem too, so the solutions for that servers can help me alike.
