Hi marcounet, I don't know why this happens. The qooxdoo 4.0 SDK works on our Windows test machine too - so I suspect your Windows version/setup (because you said that your Python and your qooxdoo version are the same). What's the diff between your two Windows versions? Is it the same edition? Did you create the same users on both systems?
Some ideas: * Did you check the file permissions? * Is the 'config.json' readable with a text editor? * Is it a 32-bit and a 64-bit system?
