I did a farther testing and found out that it doesn't depend on where do I
put a real html content into the embed html. Earlier I clearly had a
situation where scroll wasn't working only after updating embed html element
after initialization of the page was finished, so probably I'm missing some
small detail again.
Anyway, if you can't reproduce it, here's an video example of what I'm
