Hi Ram,

IMHO what you are trying to do is not qooxdoo related. If your web server is 
well configured, you should be able to send pdf files with correct mime type. 
Just try to open the link to the document by window.open[1]. The browser of 
your mobile device should list installed applications who are related to that 
mime type.
