Johnathan, I don't think you need "combobox/" in front of "timechooser"
Since TimeChooser is your top level widget (vs a ChildWidget) all you need to do is set it's appearance property (which you did) and make sure that value is in your Appearance.js file (as "timechooser" and not "combobox/timechooser").
