Depending on the version, they are stored in an XML file called
"bookmarks.xml" in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME, e.g.
"~/.config/qpdfview/bookmarks.xml" or in an SQLite database called
"database" in $XDG_DATA_HOME, e.g.
"~/.local/share/data/qpdfview/qpdfview/database".
