Description changed to: On Ubuntu 15.10 (with qpdfview from the daily builds ppa, but I had the same problem with the stable version), I am unable to use the --choose- instance argument... After "creating" several instances with $ qpdfview --unique --instance firstinstance pdf1.pdf pdf2.pdf and $ qpdfview --unique --instance secondinstance pdf3.pdf pdf4.pdf When I try to reopen one instance with: $ qpdfview --unique --choose-instance I only get presented an empty dialog box, without list of instances to choose from.
