Hello,
there are a lot of editing/annotation features qpdfview does not support
ATM due to lack of time for development and maintenance. The two we do
support are the bare minimum to work collaboratively on PDF documents
and I think anything else is out of scope for now.
If the aim is free form manipulation of individual pages before printing
you can also open the PDF document (if necessary limited to the relevant
pages) using e.g. GIMP specifying the resolution used during printing
for rasterization and then perform all of the editing operation GIMP
offers.
