Update web pages to include wiki content

The Qpid web pages a fairly light on content just now and needs a static export
of the wiki content to be added in to it, as well as a bit of typo tidy up.
Best starting point is to have a look at how another project does this e.g.
Geronimo ? - and ask them about it if need be.
