Part 1: Move the client test executables from cpp/tests to cpp/examples and set
up autoconf-based Makefile system. Make sure the code is adequately commented
and add a README. In short ensure that anyone with C++ experience but 0 Qpid
knowledge can easily run the examples, understand the output and understand
the code.
Part 2: add scripts to automatically run the examples and verify they run
correctly, have this included in "make check"
Future examples go in examples dir, CppUnit tests are *not* appropriate for
user example code.
