OK, thanks. Didn't occur to me to rebuild the framing code. Once I did
that,
most of the errors went away.

The file was indeed dropped, but it appears it was not removed from the
visual studio project. I checked the repository version of the project
directly to make sure it wasn't an issue with my local files, and indeed
the
file is still listed there:

    <Compile Include="HeadersExchange\HeadersMatchingProducer.cs" />
