WeakReferenceMessageHandle uses a singleton so when body is purged by gc it
cannot be reset

in addContentBodyFrame if there is only one content body a singleton was
created this resulted in a OperationNotSupportedException if the _contentBodies
was purged by the GC. Changed to use an ArrayList of size 1.
