Problems w/JIRA

I'm having problems getting logged in to JIRA this morning to attach my final 
patch for SSL support in the Java client and broker. I've had JIRA reset my 
password (via the 'Forgot Password' link) but it doesn't like the generated one 
either.

Is this the right place to bring this up?
