Correct. The client is "quirky" (still the Basic class over the new
framing for some things) but...

... since it looks like there will never be another 0-9 AMQP broker to
interoperate with I'm pretty much moving on to other issues (clustering)
while we wait for 0-10.

This is *VERY* unfortunate for our interop testing initiative. In all
liklihood we'll have 0 C++-Java interop testing till 0-10 comes to town.
This sucks very badly but I don't see any attractive way around it. At
least there's a 0-9 python client to keep us company.
