I think we might be ready to consider it at that point. I know some of
our mentors think we are getting to the point where we could consider
it, so doing the homework on the topic seems worthwhile to make sure we
have all the aspects covered.

A couple of weeks ago I revised the graduation guide to make it a more
cohesive story. The endeavor is located at [1], and I appreciate any
feedback before I commit it to the svn repository. It includes the
graduation timeline graphic I sent earlier (now as a clickable
imagemap!).
