C++: Error [20003] No such process (../../src/qpid/sys/apr/Thread.h:77)

I'm seeing this sporadically when I run the client test. It happens
after all the test action is complete, so it's some sort of shut-down
race. Anyone else seen this or know when it might have crept in?
