Any takes to update all the license files in M2 and trunk to new Apache lic notice text?

I think once we have done this update we can start reviewing the 
packages and begin a vote for M2.

Rajith, anything else missing?
Martin, have you got maven to do the right thing yet for the java NOTICE 
and license file?
