Resolution: Fixed
License/Notice files all updated and included in jar, zip and tgz artifacts.
These update are based on the Maven plugin output but have been updated to
include a complete license list as the output of the plugin tool is not
complete.
This is due to our various depndencies missing the <Licence> section of their
project POMs.
If anyone has time then creating a patch for their pom might speed them up in
creating a solution.
