Please provide feedback on all release artifacts.
* c++ built and ran tests ok (including separately packaged python tests)
* python doesn't include the specs (not sure if that is deliberate or not)
* started server from java binary release and ran python tests against
it (one failure, basic_get, not listed in the java_failing.txt so not
sure of that is known issue or not)
* ran 'mvn' on java source release and got one system test failure -
org.apache.qpid.test.unit.basic.TextMessageTest - though that passed on
the next attempt (also basic_get failed on running the python tests
through mvn which doesn't result in a build failure)
