Thanks for fixing the build problem.
When my patch was applied to the repository it was supposed to have
deleted the cpp/src/qpid/broker/management directory and all of its
contents. Instead, it modified the contents so that the files are all
zero-length. Would you please delete this directory from the repository?

Yes, I've just verified that adding the missing line for the
management directory in qpidc.spec.in (see diff below) does indeed
fix the build. I haven't committed it, though.
