Rajith Attapattu commented on QPID-576:
---------------------------------------
Martin,
We already have similar examples in the trunk.
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/qpid/trunk/qpid/java/client/example/src/main/java/org/apache/qpid/example/jmsexample/
They are very simple and the fun part is they fully interoperate with python
and c++ (trunk).
I dobut it will interoperate at the M2 level, but it would be nice if you could
reuse those examples.

> The examples we currently have are overly complicated for new JMS users.
> Ensure we provide the following examples that are self contained and well
> documented.
> - Point to Point
> - Publish / Subscribe
> - Request / Response
> While this code is available with a quick google it would be better to bundle
> examples that are well documented and work out of the box with Qpid.
> This JIRA should potentially be duplicated across all languages. (obviously
> without the JMS slant)
