The current binding URL parser is unable to parse a URL with "#" or "*".
Ex. topic://amq.topic//myTopic?routingkey='stocks.#' 
      
topic://amq.topic/message_queue?bindingKey='usa.*'&bindingKey='control'&durable='true'

We also need to add functionality to specify multiple values with the same key 
to support multiple bindingKeys.
Ex 
topic://amq.topic/message_queue?bindingKey='usa.*'&bindingKey='control'&durable='true'.
