I'm not convinced it would be quite that simple Carl. In the earlier
days of the C++ codebase I tried to get it to build on Windows with
Visual Studio 2005 and I had to make quite a few changes for
differences in headers, compiler strictness etc. Nothing terribly
complex but enough that it would require effort.
Does the C++ codebase build on solaris with Sun CC?
The only regular builds/tests of qpid C++ that I'm aware of are on linux. If
anyone has the resources/interest in porting & testing on other platforms I'll
be happy to help.
