This patch has the following management updates:
1) Persistent object ids for persistent objects
2) Use of the PLAIN SASL mechanism for all management clients
3) Detached-lifetime for sessions exposed in API, defaults to zero to cut down
on accumulated queues
4) Fixed "exclusive" attribute for queues in management object (was always
False)
5) Changed System.sysId to a UUID, made persistent
