That works. I upgraded ruby to 1.8.6.114 and the generated classes
are fine. :)

The problem does appear to be related to ruby version. Arnaud hit the
same problem with 1.8.6.111 and on upgrading to 1.8.6.114 the problem
went away and the files were generated as expected.
It would be nice to get to the bottom of the issue, but for now at
least you will hopefully be able to progress if you update ruby.
