I have converted the entire implementation for maven to ant one-to-one. 
However, I couldn't find a suitable replacement for getLog().isDebugEnabled() 
on ant. I have left the section commented (TKTestRunnerTask.java). However, 
this is related to printing the classpath as a debug message, which is a very 
minor requirement, and can be dealt later.
