Can not get qpid-tool to run

I was able to build and install Qpid/Python from a copy of the SVN repo without
any problem. Now when I try to run "qpid-tool" which is found inside the
"commands" directory fails saying that there is no module named "mllib". This
module is used in spec.py. I do see a directory with the name mllib in the root
directory but not a module called mllib.
