Attachment: PackageManagementGen.diff
Attached patch takes managementgen, installs it in _prefix/bin, and installs
the managementgen Python sources and templates in _prefix/share/managementgen/.
This is all provided in the qpidc-devel RPM.
One remaining issue is how to get management-types.xml for installation in
_prefix/share/managementgen/
