A patch shall be committed shortly that rearranges the code generator tool for
qmf (Qpid Management Framework) for improved packaging.
The tool's main program has be renamed from main.py to qmf-gen. It is now
installable in $(PREFIX)/bin via make install and its support files shall also
be installed.
Also, the qmf agent code has been moved from the client library to its own
library.
