One note is that some of the rdma functionality came in after M3
freeze... so if you are wanting
to play with rdma you might want to use trunk.

I believe this was a problem with running make dist on a machine
without the headers installed. If you try RC5 from
http://people.apache.org/~aidan/qpid/M3-RC5/ it should work.
